Italian Pizza
Since 1985

Hand-tossed with love, baked to perfection

A Family Tradition,
A Labor of Love

In 1985, Luigi Genovese arrived in Little Italy with nothing but a battered suitcase, his grandmother's handwritten recipe book, and an unshakeable dream. He found a modest corner space on Main Street, fired up a wood-burning oven, and opened the doors to what would become the neighborhood's most beloved pizzeria.

Nearly four decades later, every pizza we craft honors that original promise: no shortcuts, no compromise. We import San Marzano tomatoes from Campania, use buffalo mozzarella from Caserta, and hand-stretch every dough the way Luigi taught us — with patience, passion, and just a little flour on the apron.

  • Imported San Marzano tomatoes & buffalo mozzarella
  • 48-hour slow-fermented dough, hand-tossed to order
  • Baked at 850°F in our authentic stone-deck oven
